Delete Your Account
How to permanently remove your ARVIO account and associated data.
ARVIO respects your right to control your data. If you no longer wish to use ARVIO and want your account and personal data permanently deleted, you can request deletion at any time.
What happens when you delete your account
Deleting your ARVIO account will permanently remove:
- Your account credentials (email and password)
- Your watch history and continue watching progress
- Your watchlist and favorites
- Your profile settings, custom profile avatars, catalogs, and IPTV lists
- Your synced home server configuration and source-matching metadata
- Any linked third-party tokens (e.g. Trakt.tv)
Once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone. Your user ID and all cloud-synced data will be permanently erased from our database.
What is not deleted
ARVIO does not collect or store any content you watch from third-party providers. We also do not store payment information, as the app is free. Anonymized diagnostic logs that contain no personally identifiable information may be retained for up to 30 days to troubleshoot crashes.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your account, send an email from the address registered to your ARVIO account to:
Include the following in your email:
- Subject line:
Account Deletion Request - The email address associated with your ARVIO account
- A brief confirmation that you want your account permanently deleted
We will process your request and delete your account within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
